If you did not upload your roster, please list EVERY player's first name and jersey number that should appear on the ball. If you have two players with the same first name, include the first letter of the last initial. Please also list coach names if you'd like to include them.

Please specific order quantity, in case not every player on your team has opted in to receive a ball.

Would you like a game ball?

Game balls do not have any player names or numbers on the ball; only team logo. It's of a slightly higher quality and is intended for match play. This will also be charged at $33/ball UNLESS everyone on your team orders a ball; then it will be free!
