A New Way to Book Design Work

To make it easier to plan and budget for design projects, we've moved to a simple day-rate model instead of scoping and pricing each project individually. Below/to the right are the current rates by project type — use them as a reference, then submit the form and you'll receive a recommendation for which applies to your project with a booking link.

This new model offers a few key benefits:

Focused, start-to-finish execution. Your project gets dedicated, uninterrupted attention for the full day(s); no drawn-out timelines or work stretched across weeks.
Predictable budgeting, start to finish. Know the cost before a project starts, and if work runs beyond the booked day, extra time is billed at the same published rate — no custom quotes at any stage.
Less time spent scoping before work starts. Instead of a detailed proposal and SOW for every request, a short scoping form quickly matches your project to the right day rate.

What's Included & Terms

Each day rate includes dedicated design time based on engagement type: 7 hours for a full day, or approximately 4 hours for a half day. Full-day and partner/intervention bookings also include a pre-project kickoff call; partner/intervention bookings additionally include a review call and a handoff call.

Following the session, you'll have up to 1 hour (full day) or 30 minutes (half day) of revisions to the work completed, available within 30 days after the intensive. This window covers revisions or refinements to what was delivered — not new or expanded design work, which would be scoped as a separate booking.

Work is scheduled in advance and confirmed once booked. One reschedule is allowed with at least 5 business days' notice; changes after that, or late cancellations, may incur a fee. Payment is due within 30 days of booking or the date of service, whichever is later — no deposit required.

Any needs beyond the scope of the booked day (additional revisions, expanded deliverables) are scoped and billed separately at the current rate. Full terms are shared at the time of booking.
